Equipping Disciples for Jesus Christ

Christian Education

9:45 AM SUNDAY MORNINGS CHURCH SCHOOL CLASSES FOR ALL AGES AT 12 HALSTEAD ST.

Nursery-For the youngest attendees at Clinton United Methodist

We provide a loving nursery, professionally staffed, and equipped just for the needs of children infant through age 3.  Nursery care is provided throughout all of our Sunday worship services and church school.

We are already praying for the precious children and their families joining us as we come together in ministry and share the good news of Jesus Christ!

In Matthew 13:31-32, Jesus tells the Parable of the Mustard Seed, "The kingdom of Heaven is like a mustard seed, which a man took and planted in his field.  Though it is the smallest of all your seeds, yet when it grows, it is the largest of garden plants and becomes a tree, so that the birds of the air come and perch on its branches."

Pre-school and Elementary Church School

Sunday mornings are filled with excitement as children gather for an hour of learning about and experiencing God's love.  This is a time to worship our Lord with songs, Bible verses, offering, mission minutes, and prayer.  Our Church school is staffed by loving Christians who desire to see your children grow in the Lord.

For the 2011-12 school year all of the Pre-K through 5th Grade-aged children share their Church School experience together at 9:45 Sunday morning at 12 Halstead St.  This year we offer a traditional Sunday School adventure in which the student learn Bible stories and concepts through kid-friendly multimedia centers such as crafts, drama, music, and games.  All are welcome!  See you at church!

Teen Church School

Middle School students through Senior High youth will have the opportunity to explore many different aspects of their faith this year in Church School as they study the Bible in the context of their faith and the world and situations they face daily.  A confirmation class is also held .
